WORST BANK EVER they are randomly closed without warning and the wait is usually over a half hour even if you have an appointment. They are nice but don't seem to know much and make too many mistakes. They do not offer anything in paper so you have to go by their word and can't prove anything when they mess up.

Have if they scare that Hiba improve before they charged less and better and now they buy more and and it is getting worse and worse
I have had today, 1.04.2020, the previous appointment with my manager and .. nothing .., the office is closed, no notice, or answer my calls. On the website it is stated which office is open.
The manager EVANGELINA of Caixa Carretera Marina is ill-educated and despotic. I have given him several opportunities but nothing. Fortunately, I was able to change manager.nnWhen the old caixas were around, everything was more human and familiar.
