I have nothing good to say about him director of this Caixa, for his bad advice, and I will tell you so that it does not happen to you; my husband who was about to die of terminal cancer, had a pension plan in this Caixa without beneficiary; my husband called the director called Jorge, to ask if I as his legal wife was going to be able to collect the plan without any problem? On both occasions he replied that there would be no problem, it has been 6 months since my husband's death and we have not been able to collect the plan, just for not having a beneficiary; this director the only thing I had to say to my husband is that he would make me beneficiary, because he is already here, this man is obliged to help the clients.
