A good medical team, good and improved facilities every day, good treatment of its staff in general. Reference clinic in the province of Badajoz and many patients from Portugal.

Absolutely embarrassing, after waiting two hours in the emergency room due to a fall down some stairs and after asking for information on the reason why we are not treated, we only find people on the defensive who do not give explanations. There was no one in the emergency room, the unspeakable entry lord, the ATS to which the entry lord sent us even worse, but the last responsible, the doctor, did not even deign to ask about his cold-dead patient in a wheelchair . In the end, after paying for private insurance, I have to go to the university hospital. It is not the first time that I unfortunately go to this Hospital and it gets worse and worse.

One star because you can't put zero. Yesterday morning 22nd I took my mother to review a surgical operation for breast cancer for which she still has a drain from the operation. The surgeon tells him that the drainage will need to take longer, that he go to the infirmary to ask for bags since the one he was carrying was already full and the infirmary tells him that they will not be given to him, that he can get by with the medical company. Bags that are only given in hospitals and that are not sold in the pharmacy. The answer of the company, logical, in the office they do not have hospital supplies and they have to give them in clear. If they have problems, call them and do not put us as intermediaries. Answer from the company that arrived when we were already home, we live 70 kilometers from Badajoz, the drainage bag is full and we don't have another to replace it. Very good for clideba's infirmary !!

On the 7th my mother had an operation scheduled at 9 in the morning. After spending the night in the city with all the expenses it generates. They arrive at the information on the ground floor and one of the girls passed her olympically. My mother showed her the papers for what she was going for, and she didn't even look at them telling her that they would call her. That at least he had looked at the papers and notified the doctor or whoever it was. Very bad

45 minutes waiting for my time at the reception on the mezzanine floor, when I had only 5 people in front of me. In the reception of block A, it is touching to see the spirit of help among the colleagues while the clients who are being served spend more than 7 minutes waiting for their colleagues to finish attending ... watching the spectacle of friendship and bad customer service. ..good doctors, terrible customer service from the staff in general. Very poor efficiency of administrative processes, a lot of paper still ...
