The person who collects the merchandise does it with very bad manners and with little desire. Sympathy is conspicuous by its absence. They charged me dearly for sending a package, which I had to go pick up because finally they couldn't send it.nBad experience with this Denia office

after I complained about the shipment, I was told that no onenwas at home. that is not correct, someone was always present. we then had to pick up the shipment from the store

Impeccable service. As soon as I realized that the package was late, I called them, they have attended immediately and with a pleasant and efficient treatment. It hasn't taken 4 hours since I claimed it. Besides that it was not his fault the delay ... they are my favorites without a doubt
