These people do not have any education, they sell you the product with a guarantee and some things that then do not comply, buy an American refrigerator, I have no guarantee in force and they do not give signs of life, the technical or context and the store never knows anything ... SOME SCAMMERS HAVE NO IDEA OF TAKING A STORE AND WHAT IT TAKES ... AND OF THE TECHNICAL SERVICE OR TALKING ... A BASE WHO DOES NOT GET YOUR MOBILE SO THAT THEY DO NOT GIVE A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM .... THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND NOTHING!!!!!

They are scammers, I bought a refrigerator it broke down and I have been waiting for 2 months for them to come to fix it and they only give me long and now they have not answered the phone, neither they nor the technician for a week

I do not put 0 stars because it is not allowed, but FATAL. I bought a washing machine that was damaged in warranty, a month and a half without a washing machine at home ... When they finally came, they repaired it, a snack while I charge, because after a few months it has broken again, the same fault and now They tell me that it is no longer under warranty and that they charge me for the repair, and all for not changing the part while it was under warranty. I'm headed to the consumer office. In the end, cheap is expensive.

I will not buy here but they deceive people they do not pay any attention to me, so they come to solve a problem I've taken a thousand trips and nothing at all I do not recommend it.
