They changed my manager and now I am served by an unpleasant, rude and pushy employee who speaks to me in a bad way. Every time I go to the bank I come out crying from anger and the helplessness of having to put up with such a character. I'm trying to get a new manager.
They don't pick up the phone, the answering machine jumps saying they take note and don't contact you. The email of the personal manager provided by the bank itself in your app returns the mail. This office, which worked very well years ago, is getting worse every time.
Very attentive, pleasant and very good attention workers. It is highly recommended to have a bank account in this office.
They wanted to charge me 5 euros to make an income. The office smells like tobacco that kills.
