I tried Mapfre because they are reputed to be the least impaired in claims and it turned out to be just the opposite.
Very friendly treatment and outstanding customer service. I had to deal with Begoña to manage car insurance and we passed the closing time and stayed all the necessary extra time to finish it. It is not usual to find people like that today in customer service. Infinite thanks.

There are almost always people so it is advisable to go first thing in the morning if you do not want to wait. They have a loyalty program that awards discounts and raffles for multiple products.
