This bank charges service fee for ATM withdrawals. I recommend to use other bank's ATM, stay away from BBVA.
They could change the director of the office because he is a despot, badly educated he has never had a director like the previous ones always educated but this leaves much to be desired by the company which I represent moves a lot of money x through this bank
On several occasions I have tried to call on the phone to ask some questions about my company account and they never take it. Nor do they answer by mail. The attention is worth it
I need to do a telephone consultation and they do not pick up the phone all morning. It is useless to put the number.
Appalling. Two ATMs do not work even one. Closed the whole month of August. And the dirt and the smell of urine is tremendous. I wish there were at least 5 stars
