I put a star to write review, do not deserve even that.nThey do not feel like working and do not treat their clients well. We had to go to another branch to perform paperwork, specifically to General Urrutia, where we have had an unbeatable deal
Only one open box for the workload of this office is totally insufficient, 40 minutes to serve three people, it is by far the worst office I know of any entity
At no bank, not even other Bankia branches, have I had a worse experience than here. They never know (or want to) solve doubts or problems that other branches have easily solved for me. They are useless with lousy customer service. Run away
