Painful. They encourage you to request an appointment by phone and nobody answers the phone. Maddening.
Two indoor ATMs in a very small space, neither of them works. According to the staff inside because they were recharging them. Twenty minutes later they come out again to say there are ten minutes to go. Thirty minutes to recharge an ATM? More than six people waiting and no solution.
A disaster.
Pretty bad service. The checkout hours are only from 8.30-11.00. If you work these hours, but have to cash a check, you have bad luck. And the employees act like you are very unwelcome.
The worst office I have ever met, and I have had many accounts in many banks but this one does not attend you, if you call the phone they will not pick it up if you go people have a calm to move unique it seems that they regret walking or doing their work
