Terrible attention. The girl who has treated me this morning has an unsolvable edge that has left the problem to me without putting the slightest interest in helping with an incident that I had the previous week due to an error in the shipping address.nThe girl who attended me last week with the incident with good intentions and kind but clearly does not know how her company works because she should have given me other guidelines to solve the problem.nUnder no circumstances will I have them for one of my shipments and I will try not to ask for anything if they take care of the shipment of my purchase.

I call Nacex Toledo, because I have been waiting for a package and a collection for 2 days, one takes it from me and tells me that the address is such and I tell them that it is wrong, that I already received a package and that they have to come for the same package and starts talking badly at me. Bad attention, bad words and arrogance.

Nacex Toledo works awful, the girls who answer the phone are absolutely incompetent and the one who answered me today is rude.nAn order with the wrong address with a medication that should have arrived 2 weeks ago ... last Thursday they tell me that the address is wrong, they change the address and they tell me that the order arrives on Monday 9, then they notify me that on Tuesday 10 , and today an incident arrives: it has been sent to the wrong address again. The rude who attends me tells me today that it is the company that sends it that has to call them to change the shipping address ... on Thursday it could have been managed but no ... better to do things wrong and ruin the health of a client. I do not recommend: bad attention and 0 solutions.
