The CCM office where I had my account closed, and the change to this other office was for the worse. I am very unhappy with the treatment received at this office: charging card maintenance fees when before I was not charged; failure in the calculation of the mortgage; double collection of the home insurance receipt, also for failure; I was extended the credit of my credit card without requesting it, and, so that it returns again to what I requested, or I go to the office or there is no solution ... In the one that they closed in the United Kingdom street those things did not happen to me never. The treatment there was very good.
The attention leaves much to be desired. Waiting times for any minor procedure too long.
