Bad, very bad, the treatment at the beginning in the former branch of Calle las Armas, to hook you, the rest when they got off (the same staff ...) already with the credit granted, haughty and derogatory, the proceedings a horror, exorbitant overdrafts, huge commissions for everything, bad manners, the first time I answer (correctly but firmly ...) to a person older than me, and now, 2 years trying to cancel an account that has already been canceled 2 times, Horrible, since I am at ING I am a much happier man
