This year I have been fortunate to be awarded a Christmas award. I have approached this Kutxabank branch to collect it, being a collaborating entity. As soon as I entered to communicate it, I realized that they did not feel like much because of the reluctance to answer me. They told me that they would give me an appointment after Reyes, without giving a specific date, that is, at least three weeks later. They had a lot of work according to them. I want to clarify that there was not a single person before, during, or after my stay there. Neither of the two workers there was talking on the phone. I left there and in another nearby entity they facilitated the collection of my tenth in 5 minutes !! It is unfortunate that some people use the Covid-19 excuse to directly not work. It is fine to take precautions, but not to spend everything. Then we will regret all (employees and users) that they continue to close bank offices due to their low profitability due to attitudes of this type.

The truth is I am very contantant with kutxabank and in particular with the Santa Teresa branch. Whenever I have had any problems all have turned to try to solve it as soon as possible. In addition, its director Angel Martin is always available to help, always accessible to his clients! A good team led by a great director!
