Good experience. Cleanliness could be improved and the bathroom smelled, although after flushing the toilet and the first shower it stopped smelling. You have to go for the keys to Búbal (negative point), since we were staying in Biescas. The keys are left on the floor. Quite well equipped. I don't give it a 5 for cleanliness (some tables with dust, dirty tablecloth) and for the displacement of the keys.

They are a company with many apartments, even if they put free cancellation, they do not return the charge that they make you in advance, nothing recommended, very bad telephone treatment.

Our experience with Apartamentos 3000 was NOTHING RECOMMENDED. We stayed in an independent apartment in Gavín, 4 km from Biescas. Without prior notice, and at the last minute, we had to go to collect the keys 10 km from the apartments; absurdly, and also without being told, go there to leave them too. The attention left a lot to be desired and the cleanliness of the apartment could be improved. If we knew we would NOT have booked here. We made the reservation of the apartment without the conditions indicating that you had to go 10 km from the apartment ("Bubal Residence", away from anything), both to pick up and leave the keys. Once the reservation was made (with penalty if canceled), we were not informed either! Not when we called previously to notify the arrival time. We arrived at the apartment area (which does not appear in Google Maps) and we did not know what they were. This at 8:50 p.m. with 5 hours of travel and no stops behind. We call and they tell us then, as if it were not normal that we did not know, that we have to go pick them up at "Bubal" (abstract place) and that they will send us the location by WhatsApp. It took them more than 10 minutes to send it to us, and they didn't pick up the phone in the meantime. We arrive at the "Bubal Residence". They do NOT inform us that we must return there to leave the keys, when we ask them they tell us that we can "leave them in the mailbox". The apartment had a mailbox WITH CODE, later we called to ask them for the code, and they told us that "it is not safe to leave them there" (?) And we must go again to the Bubal Residence to leave the keys in the reception mailbox . Ridiculous. As for the apartment, it is simple, as seen in the images and according to the price. But the cleanliness did leave something to be desired: it smelled musty, some walls needed a coat of paint, and there was dust on the floor and furniture. We have been to that area several times: there are much better places to stay.

Free cancellation and I'm still waiting for a refund after a month and a half. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

It puts free cancellation, they make a charge when you make the reservation, when you cancel they don't give it back to you with a thousand excuses, don't be fooled.
