The site is beautiful, although the apartments are a bit outdated, but the worst unfortunately has been the customer service. We had no towels or sheets for the girls. The kitchen was not perfectly clean and every time we called they did not answer. The wifi did not work and they have not given explanations. On the day of departure they have thrown us at 11 am without notifying us of the check out time and they have canceled all the keys without us being able to even collect our bags. We have never seen such bad customer service

The apartment that we got (c) was very spacious, beautiful and the heating was on all the time so we were warm. However, it lacked utensils (knife to cut, kitchen cloth, etc.) There is no hand soap and little toilet paper (they did not leave a spare) The wifi did not work and the tv screen is small computer.

Quiet residential area in the Benasque valley. Nice views. Mountain landscape.
