Trallero did an amazing job of our move from Madrid to southern Spain. We live on a central, pedestrianised street in Madrid and there are a lot of restrictions on parking and loading, they were super prepared and managed it all ahead of time. The next day for delivery and unpacking they were quick and responsive to requirements. Moving can be so stressful and they really helped take a lot of that stress away. We have completed the move from Madrid to Barcelona (summer 2020) with 2 months of furniture storage and everything has been great.nnProfessional service with packing of the whole house with care (furniture, appliances, clothing, cutlery, etc.) including bikes and motorcycles. Thank you!

A bittersweet taste. I had a move from BCN to MAD with them in a group. We go in parts.nn1. The commercial that served me very punctual and polite. He told me that in a group it is normal to take about 14 days to receive the merchandise, but in which general lines it took less.n2. The budget arrived immediately. The price was good, although if you compare with other companies, there is one that the truck is individual for you (without grouping) and only a little more expensive.n3. The day of furniture collection everything was perfect. Punctual, fast and efficient operators. 100%nn... and now we start with the negative details.nn4. The move was collected in mid-December, with which, I expected to receive everything in early January in Madrid. I call 30 to check and they tell me that there is still nothing in Madrid.n5. I call back on January 2, and they tell me that the truck will arrive in Madrid from 5/6.n6. I call 7 and they don't know how to say anything.n7. I call again, already worried since I do not have the bed that in theory should have, and they tell me that they manage it urgently.n8. They call me from Madrid that they already have things and we schedule the delivery: January 12 (10 days after what I was told)n9. The operators of Madrid did not find some screws, which I found in the end of a bookcase and it seemed that they had less experience than those of Barcelona (I had to give them some indication of how the bed was mounted. I, that I am useless for assemble things ...)n10. Placing things, one of the shelves, a shelf falls because it was badly placed and a support was missing ...
