I have made two moves with them and both have been great. In recent years I have moved several times with different companies, and I regret not having done it with them from the beginning until they were recommended to me by a relative. Professional, friendly and with a very competitive price. The experience of so many years at the end shows. They are very serious, 100% recommended.

We already made 2 national removals with Clara del Rey and we will repeat them without hesitation. It is a company that works only with professionals and keeping prices adjusted. Moving with them has been a pleasure since they always maintain a very positive and polite attitude, which is not enough when you face the stress of seeing your entire home disappear in boxes and trucks ... During our last move we lost our forklift a half move (from a fifth floor) for a problem unrelated to the move. In spite of the serious mishap they kept their commitment with the deadlines and the contract budget and they got us another additional equipment to finish the move in full force. 100% recommended.

Professional and serious service. They know what they are doing and the experience shows. Perfect packaging and care of the furniture that did not suffer a scratch. The guys are very helpful and careful throughout the process. If I need another move in the future I will certainly repeat with them.

DO NOT HIRE !!!nnLast February I hired the services of Clara del Rey (paying the total amount in advance) for a door-to-door move from Durham, United States to Villaviciosa, Asturias.nnAfter completing all the necessary procedures for customs control, the collection is made at my Durham address on February 26.nnSo far everything is correct. The shipment is shipped and received in Spain, where the corresponding customs control must pass (The standard period of this process is about 4-6 weeks).nnOn April 16, an employee of Clara del rey contacted me to inform me that the shipment is already in its warehouses, located in Torrejón de Ardoz.nnWhen I ask him about the delivery date at my home in Asturias, he answers that he cannot guarantee a delivery date, since it does not cost them to make a shipment only with my belongings (service for which I have paid religiously).nnWe are talking about a distance of 450 kilometers, perfectly achievable in one day.nnSo my belongings are KIDNAPPED in their warehouse, despite repeated attempts to get them delivered to me. Not only do I have to wait to get my things back, I still have to thank them for not charging me for the space they are occupying in their warehouse !!! ??? !!!nnFinally I receive my belongings on May 20, 34 days after Clara del Rey had them available for delivery.nnNowhere in the signed contract does it appear that the delivery must be made as soon as it is received, so be very careful with the service you hire, because you are exposed to desperate waiting and totally disproportionate to the service you hire and which, having paid in advance, leaves you completely defenseless and at the mercy of your logistics needs.nnBEWARE !!! They made the move to storage because my new house was still unfinished. On the way back I left everything mounted and placed as I wanted it. No damage is super serious and professional, recommended. Very good price.
