I have been with blocked accounts for a month, without being able to access my money. They asked me for documentation that I delivered in a timely manner, and even so they have blocked me. They don't give me any solution. I have everything domiciled and unpaid bills for mismanagement. The deal is being dire.
They never pick up the phone, you call the central office and they say they have received the note, 3 anomalies in the accounts and I've been waiting 3 months to solve them ... When the office was in Coslada this had never happened to me
Whenever I go they seem to feel bad. They only send you to do things online, implication 0 for the client. Do not think that they will give you solutions. Almost if you go to another bank to do them a favor.
It would be nice if one day you picked up the phone
2 weeks (and no response) to receive documentation that in other banks I have received in 2 days.nnAnd we don't even talk about the phone anymore. It must be candy
