Great experience. They take ownership of my relocation. I needed to pick different things from disparate places, and bringing all to my new apartment. Everything was great, from the logistics to the personal treatment. On top of that, very competitive price. I would totally recommend this company.

The single star is reflecting the fact that my furniture etc. actually arrived to Copenhagen from Madrid.nIt turned out to be a complete nightmare to work with this company.nIt took more than a month to fix the date for delivery of boxes etc. as well as the exact date for the moving. This delayed our possibility to buy flight tickets and resulted in increased cost.nWhen Amygo finally brought boxes and wrapping material (2 weeks late!) it was delivered to the wrong address. It took another 3 days to have it delivered to our apartment.nThe staff arrived to our apartment on the date that we had agreed and the truck was loaded.nAfter all the furniture was loaded. Amygo demanded to receive the second half of the payment. Due to all the delays and mistakes, I denied paying the second half until the furniture was delivered in Copenhagen. Amygo then threaten to stop the truck and return it to Madrid (in fact it turned out, that it had not even left Madrid yet!), if the money was not transferred immediately. What could I do? The family was already on the way to Copenhagen. It was a pure black mail situation!nOf course the truck did not arrive to Copenhagen the day according to the agreement. In addition, they did not bring any other staff than the truck driver (with a bad knee) and a young guy. The result was that we had to unload the majority of the stuff by our self.nAfterwards, it was quiet clear why Amygo was so aggressive on receiving the payment before delivery. Neither deadlines nor services agreed in the contract was followed, and of course they knew, they would never receive full payment, if the furniture was delivered before payment.nWhen moving internationally, reliability is essential. NEVER EVER work with Amygo Group!

We used their services and what a pleasant experience. They handle everything from packing, loading, custom paperwork, insurance etc. we are truly thankful for all of your help . Very nice A+
