They don't pick up the phone
The schedule is from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. I have gone at 8:35 and they have not let me pass saying that they start at 9:00.nA lady was entering with a coffee and a child, I imagine that for them if they open beforenI would not have an account or a gift in this bank
The attention is personalized and interesting. They are patient and polite with everyone, but the services offered by this bank were getting worse. If it had fallen a lot, it is improving since it belongs to a larger entity. Better services and they continue to treat you in luxury. Now I do recommend it.
It started being a great bank and with the mergers we have lost a lot of customers, I hope it will be what it was before
The attention they give us is rubbish. If they have customers left they are the ones who are forced to continue, no more reason.
