Terrible customer service, they constantly give you long, they tell you that the information has not reached the email when it is quite clear that an email is not lost or does not arrive just because. They also give you certain deadlines to receive what you have asked that they do not even comply with and when you claim it they come to you with lies and excuses that have no credibility whatsoever. They just try to get money out of people and they don't even give you access to the information that belongs to us as customers.

Regrettable and humiliating treatment of a client for 4 years. They are unable even to offer explanations or apologies. NEVER AGAIN and NOT RECOMMENDED to use this financial, for something they are called Santander, they do not de-paint each other

Impossible to speak to an advisor or anyone about a COVID moratorium etc.nZero customer support in three weeks by calling and emailing.nYou can see that it is not the real Banco Santander, a big difference, but a very big one.nI do not understand how there are positive comments when they do not attend to the basics.nThere are ways and ways to earn money.nThey say that the agents have been busy (more than three weeks) because we are too many so that they can attend to us, but when it comes to getting paid, we don't seem like many.

Regrettable service, my advice: DO NOT ask them for money, be careful with the trap clauses, before signing take out the magnifying glass; His goal: to make money at the customer's expense ... at all costs.
