Poor customer service and lack of professionalism, I requested information via the internet and my phone manager called me to make an appointment at the office, but when I arrived at the office they didn't remember me, I didn't even have the appointment signed up. a documentation folder and they were surprised, because they just didn't remember me. I passed the subject and said it could be a mistake, in return I gave the documentation for the requested service waiting for me to be called after 1 month I called, an office manager replies likewise did not remember me I had to remember describing the appointment answered me “At your request it was denied but I couldn't find your phone to call you.nIf you believe that this is a good deal and customer service you are honestly wrong.nApart from everything I was not given a report of the result of the operation.
I haven't seen so much incompetence together ever!
