I would like to congratulate the branch manager, Encarni, for the management and personalized attention. The tendency of the banks is the telephone attention and that everything is managed online, so I am surprised to find a professional that gives you a solution as soon as possible and is pending at all times. I cannot speak about the entity itself because I just started with them, but with the director in charge of this office I am sure that everything will be fine.nThanks for everything!
Absolutely unfortunate this branch, I do not understand that they have not closed, when you refer to their mismanagements that touch the disbelief that everything can be done so badly, they laugh ... all very coherent.
THE WORST BRANCH OF HISTORY, I've been with them for 4 years and desperate to change, and not for the bank itself, but for the poor attention, education and treatment of the employees of the branch ... roughly, for any management make you stay there (if you work in the morning you have to ask permission to go), so why do I have an electronic banking? for the fourth year in a row, the mortgage has been calculated BAD ON THE RISE, with the consequent coming and going to solve it ... How many people who are not yet paying attention to what they have to pay will not be doing it ??? and thus an endless number of problems to which NOBODY GIVES AN ANSWER ... a nightmare
