We stayed a couple of days last week although the reservation was for three nights. The house in general is spectacular and very well equipped but in our case we had a bad experience with the spa that this house has. The reason for our trip was to rest and enjoy that wonderful spa. The arrival day was late and we did not go down to see him. The next day we enjoyed the surroundings during the morning and in the afternoon we decided to enjoy that installation that is the claim of the house. Our surprise was that upon entering the water we realized that the water and the pool was very dirty, to the point that I think it was not looked after leaving the previous tenants, something that in an estate of this level is unjustifiable. At the bottom of the pool was a label of a water bottle (motivated by which we believe it was not looked at), it was also full of dirt, stones and on the surface of the water there was a stain floating of something dense and with particles . In this type of facilities, hygiene is essential, so we do not last a minute inside. We only had one day and one more night for what we decided to call the next morning and leave after making 500 kilometers one way and as many back as the reason for the trip was to enjoy the house. I expected a response from the property of the house, we talked to the company that manages the management and when they saw the pool they were surprised and told us that Eduard (the owner) did not believe it since he personally takes care of the spa . The Jacuzzi did not work either and the satellite could not be seen. It has been more than five days and nobody has given us an explanation of what happened. For all this I have decided to tell my experience. It is the most important part of the house and if this is dirty the rest of the house loses all its value. They also have a problem with cleaning, they lack time and if you rent on business days, you will have to share a few hours with the lady who is responsible for cleaning, you have to finish the rest of the house after the weekend to prepare it for the the next weekend. . What was clean was the common areas (less spa) and the room we were going to use. The rest is cleaned while the house is occupied by travelers. Something that was not explained to us well, we understood that this would only happen on the day of entry and not every day of our stay. Given this situation, they gave us a solution and left us an afternoon free to be able to have privacy one afternoon and to be calm. The bad thing was that it was the afternoon we were going to enjoy the spa and this could not be due to the lack of hygiene. As I said I am not to put these stories ever but we are waiting for an explanation or apology from the owner after checking the pool. regards
