We contacted the owners directly to make a reservation for the San Juan weekend. He indicated that he had availability and that he would pass the account number by email to formalize the reservation. It took several days to send us the email, but finally it was sent to us and that same day we made the payment and signal. Even though the weekend was three nights, we accepted the reservation only for 2 nights. Our surprise was that once the transfer was made and 3 days had passed. They contacted us to tell us that by mistake they had made another reservation on the same dates. And that despite being later than ours, he put a thousand and one excuses, blaming another person for the misunderstanding. Finally he decided that our reservation did not interest him and that he did not return the deposit and we lost the right to rent the house. Nothing would be strange, if it was not because I cancel our reservation when later another group was interested in renting it 3 nights, and only thought about the money that was not winning and not the seriousness and professionalism it showed. Without entering to value the house, a disappointment to work with people so unprofessional, honest and serious.
