We booked the house for four days as a last minute family trip in August and what a decision we made! It's a quiet and peaceful place but you wont get bored in it! Plenty of things to do, bringing your bikes will be a good idea! The house has everything you might need and the mattresses were super comfy! Abel is a great host and will take care of you should you need anything. Five stars, no doubt!

We have gone with friends and several kids in 2016 and 2017, wanting to repeat this 2020 but it was impossible due to covid circumstances. The house and its hosts are great, tastefully decorated and refurbished. It is comfortable and well distributed as well as having everything you need for a great stay. It is well insulated without disturbing neighbors! To put something wrong .... that only has 2 bathrooms (1 bedroom suite) and the rest is shared. Keep in mind that the location that the gps passes is NOT CORRECT (unless they have fixed it) .. it is impossible to get there without having to call the host to guide you!

Cal Benet is a fantastic country house, with a large capacity and very good facilities. You can get there by a sandy road that isolates you from the civilized world but that allows you to make an easy trip to visit the tourist sites in the area (Cardona, Berga, ...) as well as go to the supermarket, etc. Nearby is a bread oven from the past, where they make splendid bread. The setting is beautiful, spacious and pleasant. It has a swimming pool (in summer, impractical due to the cold) and a lot of forest to play in. Early in the morning you can wake up seeing the silhouette of Montserrat and the whole plain. At night a starry sky accompanies you with the cool. The house has a large interior dining room which is also a very nice living room. Outside there is also a table under a porch, with a barbecue. The kitchen is well stocked and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It has three bathrooms, one en suite in the most interesting double room because of the space and location and because it has a balcony with fantastic views.
