Bad experience, because they have not bothered to assist me to answer some questions about a prescription that Dr. himself. Navarro made me. The girl at the counter told me to go to any laboratory. I went to Echevarne Alicante, and there they did not understand the extended term that Dr. Navarro wrote and Echevarne told me that they were analyzing 2 different types of parameters. to Dr. Navarro to report if what Echevarne was analyzing was what Dr. Navarro wanted. I didn't get to talk on the phone, I sent them a whatsapp, and they answered me after a few days that they had a kit.nAnd they did not take care to answer my question about the test they were doing in Echevarne. I answered them by whatsapp that they did not tell me that in the consultation because I do not live in Elche, and what was the cost. They answered me a week after it was worth 160 Euros and that they could send it to me ... and I freaked out because my doubt stayed in the air. Too lucrative purpose and little attention to the client in solving doubts. Very dissatisfied.
