Shameful that health centers are not treating people in person, when they continue to do their work in the hospital. In June my doctor should have seen me because today at the hospital the doctor told me that they should have sent me the urgent appointment and not give me an answer, Are you sure you want the appointment? People in person are already beginning to see that because of not attending ... lives are lost. And if we are all working and exposing ourselves, why not? It is necessary that they attend people in person.

Very bad management, after 20 calls in noon they still do not answer and when you go in person to make an appointment because they do not attend you by person they are all talking, laughing or telling jokes or battles

Very bad of the worst the worst they do nothing else to talk to each other and they let you have an appointment at 12 and enter at 1.30 is a shame.

On June 15 I had a dislocation in my finger, they told me in the hospital that when I took off the bandage if I saw that I was not recovering, I would make an appointment with my doctor (The Party begins here).nn1- I try to make an appointment at the beginning of July when I saw that I could not stretch my finger, I was not recovering well, I only had to call 33 times. Finally, I get a phone appointment with my doctor.nn2- They did not have any information about my injury because I went to the emergency room of a hospital that does not belong to me at the time of doing it (I went to the closest one). I tell him that I have the sheet with the results, I read them to him and he writes it down. I do not understand that nowadays there is no computerized file and that everything is there when they attend you anywhere, but hey, that in another review is not the fault of this particular health center.nn3- After talking to my doctor, she sends me an X-ray, they tell me I'm lucky, it's only for July 22.nn4- After taking the X-ray, they do not tell me anything, nor do they call me, I called (this time there are only 27 calls until I can talk to someone), delusional I imagine that they will have something to say to send me to a specialist.nn5- They tell me that they give me an appointment two weeks later, on August 6, but not with a specialist. Appointment for the doctor to see my X-ray and call me to tell me something.nn6- The last week of July I call to see if they can advance my appointment, since I know that it is a mere procedure in which they will send another specialist, it seems absurd to wait two weeks and I am worried that I will not be able to move my finger. In addition, it has been a month and a half since the injury, the more time that passes the worse for the recovery. This is good, they tell me that if they change my appointment it will be for August 18, the humor that is not lacking. I'll keep the appointment of the 6th thank you.nn7- Today 6, they call me and the only thing the doctor tells me is that they do not have my information about the injury. I tell him that it was in another hospital but I gave them to a colleague of hers (This already seems to me a regrettable management). After telling me that, surprise, they tell me that I need an appointment with trauma. But no no no, don't believe that this is synchronized and they pass me on to them, or ask me for an appointment .. But what kind of useful system would that be? He tells me that he asks me for an appointment to call me and tell me when they will call me from traumatology (I can't help but smile a desperate smile, absurd things have always made me funny), I ask him when it will be but no idea.nn8- And nothing like that took 1 month and three weeks with my finger without being able to move it and still waiting for someone to call me who will give me an appointment with the specialist who has to see me. Obviously I give it a star because less can not be done, the management of this center is laughable.nnIf someone has read this far, my recommendation is that you look for any other alternative. This center is a trap and you will not get out.
