This is a beautiful, family run hotel in a stunning setting, right in the foothills of the Pyrenees. A lovely outdoor pool and terraces with fantastic views and a dramatic backdrop of the searing rock-faces. Service was excellent, as was the food. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, plus ours had a large balcony. The welcome pack of chocolate biscuits was a lovely touch. This is a place that you could quite easily just spend a few days relaxing at. For keen drivers, there are incredible roads all around the area, for which this hotel would be an ideal base.

A really excellent individual hotel set in well tended gardens. Stunning backdrop to the hotel is the mountains behind. We stopped by for one night and decided to stay another on our return route. The pool is huge and for us quiet, again staffed through out the day with a constant supply of fresh towels on the sun beds. The bar service on the terrace is excellent and dinner onsite is to a high standard. Obviously popular with locals as well. Definitely recommended if you are looking for some peaceful down time.
