My experience today by the manager who has attended me, I think it should improve a lot (if I remember correctly, her name was Pilar) I think that the rest of the clients who were in front of me and have left quite unhappy will agree that we have felt somewhat useless with his tone of voice, ironies, sarcasm and defensive responses.nI am writing this comment because she herself has encouraged to leave the assessment of her attention online to a client who evidently left with discomfort over her treatment.nI recommend that when you go you ask for Ana Isabel I love how she treats me and dedicates all the time I need.

Well, the truth is that in the office the attention is good, but to be able to solve things with them through the phone is disastrous, besides with that they are closing offices, etc..You do not really know to which office you belongnThey have to understand that we have to work, to pay, and that those who do not have time or our work schedule is not normal as in other people, we can not move to the office, at least I. And not having another type Attention makes me feel badly attended.nI hope you look for a solution and I do not feel helpless as I feel.
