Terrible customer service, at least from the cashier, you are talking to the girl, they call her on her mobile (a colleague from another office apparently) and she attends without a cut ... I am from Bankia a few years ago years and whenever I go to this office they send me to mine ... For whatever ... I have never been well looked after in this office ... fatal.
