TERRIBLE SERVICE.nI ordered a sofa from this company on November 6th. Two weeks later (November 19) it arrived at my house, but to my surprise, it did not have much resemblance to the one in the photo and to top it off, it was missing parts, such as legs and seat cushions. I have tried to contact them by filling out a form and attaching a picture showing that it is incomplete. I have not received any response from the company, therefore I have been calling them all day today at the phone number ... and of course ... zero response.nMy advice; do not spend your money on this company, terrible service and terrible attention.

Hello PLEASE do not waste time and money buying in this store ......nThey use the worst materialsnBuy a sofa support me with your hand and the wood broke .....nThey say it has a guarantee ,,, (LIE)nNow I will file a complaint for thievesnThe cheap in the end is expensive .......nSERIOUSLY DO NOT BUY they will have headaches and lose your moneynTerrible service by phone and by email .....nNO SHAME

A shame.nI placed an order (sofa + mattress).nI would get the broken wood and not least the cracked mattress.nAfter spending the whole day calling, sometimes they hung up on me, luckily I was able to contact them, I had to send them the images of the damaged pieces, so that they would answer the emails I had to call clearly.nSince it was a rest product and they did not give me speed or interest, I was forced to buy another bed somewhere else.nAfter little calls and hundreds of emails, they send me the pieces, this time in good condition, but they don't take the others back.nAgain to call by phone so as not to vary ... And the solution they give me is that I lose another day so that they come to collect it.nA shame about the deal, a shame that they make people waste their time in that way, a shame for everything, a shame that they have to have the pieces until they feel like it for not having done things well, and a shame the time seriousness.nI do not recommend it at all.nI consider it a waste of time and money without a doubt.

I do not put less because it does not let me. I asked for an oak-colored bed frame, I got a white one, which costs less even above. I have not collected the order and the person who did it did not remember the color. I'm calling and no one picks me up and it is the second email I send (because I had problems with the shipment, which was delayed more than it should) and they have not responded to any of them yet.nnI would appreciate it if you could at least reply to this message and get in touch with me.
