Please do not waste your time dealing with this appalling company. I have never come across such a rude, ignorant and unprofessional person that was on front reception. This company does not even deserve one star. They have absolutely no customer service skills and do not deserve to be in business.

Give this company and its owner a very wide berth if you have any sense. Constantly let down with regards to communications. Also found the owner to be anything but untruthful.Glad to be rid of them. Deal with them at your own peril. Got to give one* as there is no way to give them none

Do not trust to leave him a house to rent, he re-rented my apartment, he cheated on me, he did not return my deposit, he left me months in debt and left me a bill of € 500 of electricity. Great care.
