How to start... One star is even being generous. Appalling service and unprofessional. Property is being let as unfurnished. We paid deposit to then find out if we wanted to rent the apartment we would have to buy previous owners old beds and furnishings for an extortionate price. The only bonus being previous owner offered us some lovely stolen towels from local hotel she would throw in yo seal the deal (sarcasm). The estate agent is clearing selling furniture not property. Good luck to anyone looking to use their services.

I have read the comments, I think many tenant clients are liars and blame the intermediaries. I see this company would be and fighting as we have to do. They have proven to me to be correct.

Unpresentable. After requesting the refund of the deposit for two weeks without news, they call me and tell me that we have broken a figure in the garden (which none of us had seen). They send me a photo on WhatsApp that says nothing and they tell me that they are going to take 30 € from me because yes. And taking into account that nobody comes to give you the keys (you have to go to Calpe and nobody told us in advance), nor do they explain anything to you and nobody comes to collect them, it is to piss off. They would have to call me the same day, when they come to Clean !!!! Who tells me that the Cleaner has not broken it? Or the family that was after? I don't want to see them even in painting, and they were also rude. The house is fine, although things like tablecloths, clothespins were missing, and you have to buy practically all the trousseau in the kitchen. FIRST AND LAST.

Pesima real estate. We had an apartment reservation on May 12 which we made the corresponding income. Which is our surprise that on August 10 we called to confirm the time at which the keys would be delivered to us and they tell us that we do not have an apartment because The owner has rented it. Two days after our vacation with no place to go because everything is complete and they see it as normal. If they do not think of renting anything with them, they are unpresentable.
