It was only by chance we happened upon Grand sol while looking for a property in the Calpe area. This turned out to be the best chance encounter ever! Michael and his father are true time served professionals who go way pass the expected to deliver a transaction that is seamless, precise and covers all aspects of the purchase and sale, were so impressed with the purchase of our delightful Apartment via gran Sol 18 months later we had another. . Friendly honest people I would definitely recommend.

I was nervous about buying a property abroad as I had read some alarming stories about people losing everything. I was recommended to go to Gran Sol as they were well established in Calpe and had a long history of satisfied clients. After meeting Michael and Jack I was confident we were in the right hands. They took us through the buying process and gave us advice on living in Spain and helped us through the initial period. I would recommend anyone buying a property in Spain to contact Gran Sol. They know your concerns and how to address them after many years of helping people buy their new home in the sun.
