They gave me lousy assistance at home. I put in a complaint and they didn't get to the bottom of the matter. I canceled my policy. The commercial who attended me in the office had an exquisite treatment but in the claims department they looked more for the repair company than for my own interests.

Bad treatment at the Moratalaz agency. For two duplicates of certificates x death of mother ..... ALL PROBLEMS from Moratalaz agency and Legal Department of Santa Lucía Caótica In Aranjuez they give humane treatment and they help you the best they can. I will not use St. Lucia policies.
