Lousy office ... the principal should be flustered with shame
Fatal, after a long time waiting for them to finish a minor chat, I go to make the payment of a fee, and they tell me that they have the ridiculous schedule from 8:30 to 11:00, just ridiculous not wanting to help a client because they are wasting time, the less they work the less they want to work. It is also unbearably hot where they have you waiting.
Excellent attention as always, both management and sub-management are super efficient, it is always excellent to visit them
A shame !! The worst office I have come across. Not one star gives them !!!
The two times that I have had to go to this office, both times I have had problems because I had not opened the account directly at that branch, but rather that it had been in the area where I previously lived.nnThe first time I reluctantly got them to manage me, today the second time I have had to go, they did not feel like it.nnLousy employees and lousy customer service. Because EYE! We are all from Caixabank ... both they and I in this case because I have an account, if not they separate from La Caixa and are called independent box of sector 3, for example.
