September 4, I show up at the office to close an account and a month later it was still open and active. What are local offices for? The practices of this entity are regrettable. I wanted to make a cash deposit in my son's account and they wanted to charge me € 2. Obviously I did not agree to it and canceled the operation. Of course, my son has closed the account with that entity.nI don't know what kind of bad banking practices they are used to applying to their clients, even if they are allowed by the Bank of Spain. The truth is that we (clients) are not dedicated to smuggling paintings ... Less lessons and more competitiveness without abusive practices!nA pleasure....

I have a multi-currency loan with them, I have reported them and I am awaiting a trial that of course I am going to win. This bank is the worst of the worst and this particular branch with its fringe and unfriendly employees is the never seen before. waste your time or money in this entity

Disastrous. You are charged commissions even for entering money into your own account, it is unfortunate. Horrible treatment.

I find it horrible to treat employees to customers who understand that they are tired but should treat customers better, scary.
