They take time to deliver, they say they have tried to deliver the package and they don't even try (liars) and now to top it off they ask for your ID on the phone, leave the package at the door of the building and leave. It is the first transportation company that has done it to me in my life.

2 days at home waiting for a package. I call them, offer to go and pick it up and they tell me that this afternoon they will deliver it to me. Now comes the weekend, holidays and I am still without my package.nThey are not responsible, you spend hours calling for them to answer and totally not to comply with what they say. United to Seur, the worst in distribution and attention.

They always serve me quickly and without problems. I have no complaints, on the contrary, they are good people and very friendly.

I don't give it a lower score because you can't. They are not a delivery company, for 3 times they have indicated that I was not at home to receive the package when I was, and in the end I had to go look for it. Of course, if the package is sent by Inditex they will go out of their way to find you, lest you complain to the empire and they will run out of the bargain. Although luckily in my area without the bargain they already stay as of January 15, which happens to take its distribution another company!

They don't pick up the phone.nThey put absence in the delivery and do not go to deliver it.nThis company is a shame since the same thing happened to me with two delegations.
