It is true that the phone issue is complicated, although in the end it is achieved ... But I have to say that both the old director, Ignacio, and the current director, Cecilia, have always solved and helped me with my problems with the BBVA. That they are not few, he also commented it because they have a strange management lately for everything. Slow and bad. Which not years ago. But it is the fault of the company and not of the employees of p.coimbra who correctly help to solve and manage each claim to the entity with kindness and good disposition.

It is impossible to contact them by phone, I have been trying for 3 days and they have not picked up the phone, at the email level I can not solve a problem that I have with my account. Planning to change banks immediately, it's a shame for closeness, but there's no choice.

In this office the attention to the public is terrible. No capacity of empathy on the part of the personnel (director) towards the client and low capacity of resolution of problems. The communication with them impossible mission ... much better competition, formerly it was not so the service, a pity ....
