They never pick up the phone. They told me to call them if in 2 weeks I had no resolution to finish processing an inheritance, 5 weeks have passed and they do not answer the phone, nor do they respond to emails. I ask for an appointment online ... where you yourself say the time you can go as well as the day of the week ... and they give it to you a day before at an impossible time, nor do they deign to pick up the phone to cancel the appointment . The only option is to go there without an appointment and do what you can (since you don't have an appointment, you can't do everything either)
