The employees of this office leave much to be desired, they have lied to me twice, they will think that people are not informed and do not realize how cheating and liars they are. I made a modification of the life insurance linked to the mortgage and they assured me that it would remain linked. A year later my mortgage goes up in the annual review, I call to ask why, and they insist that it is the rise of the Euribor and that I have linked life insurance, my husband calls and they explain the same. I do not agree to contact customer service via email and they confirm that the increase is due to the disconnection of said insurance. You have stopped selling a product because obviously I will cancel it for lying, you are very bad sellers. Do not trust what they tell you in this office because they are going to lie to you.
Of shame the treatment to the people, they hoist you as they want they do not solve anything shameful this bank in all the operations, and what to say about the abusive interests that charge for everything and above you have a problem for their management crap and they do not solve anything you do not I recommend it to anyone
