My experience was disastrous. The attention of the director has left a lot to be desired. It has taken almost a year with a gate with registration and not a finger has moved to find out what problem was taking so long. I have had to call the registry and the bank management to find out what was happening and in four days it was already solved. The director has not made a call to the agency to see what was happening and then later inform me. I choose not to answer my messages, and not pick up the phone. And for a message that he answers, he tells me that until June 29 the bank did not open due to the coronavirus, which was a lie, and then it blocks me. If I do not get to call the agency and move it, I continue another year waiting for my money to be returned. On top of that I paid them to manage it for me ... As I do everything the same .....
