Hi. Just to share with people interested in buying a flat / a house in Mallorca: we did it via Balearic Properties and we were really happy with their service, support throughout the process (guidance and follow up). Either you want to buy a flat for two or a family house, you're welcome! Once in contact with Balearic Properties, as it's their job, they will put you in contact with a lawyer and a notary if necessary and the whole sales process can be done quite quickly (3 months). Multilingual staff, no worries.

We made a villa purchase through Balearic back in January this year (2020). Jack, who helped us tremendously, was very professional and went out of his way to make sure things got done. Things you don't necessarily think about (like advice on getting a bank account set up, helping with internet providers, etc) were very easy and Jack always came up with an answer.
