Worse impossible, five people at home all day and they do not deliver the package for being absent. When I receive this message I am at home. Address verified and correct. The worst call and they do not believe it or solve the gaffe.nThis is the second time that has happened to me and of course the last.nNOTHING RECOMMENDED AND NOTHING PROFESSIONAL.

Very bad company. Address with concierge and twice they say that there is no one at home. And they do not even answer the contact number. A delivery company disaster, express couriers much better

Three days waiting for a package, when the service is 24 hours (supposedly). You also call the office by phone and they tell you that they have stopped by the house when it is not true and even that they have left you a message. The solution they give you is that you go to pick it up at the offices, since you have paid for their services. Poor quality of service

Terrible service!nThey say they have tried the delivery twice and that I can't be found at home, and this is a LIE !!!! You are phonies! At no time have you rung the bell! How am I going to know that you want to deliver the package?nOn top of that, the phone that they provide you does not take it or God!
