I bought 4 very nice chairs for the office, after a few years cracks in the leatherette upholstery, right now about 4 years have passed and literally all the upholstery falls to pieces both in the areas of friction and in those that there is no contact with the body, the floor is full of bits of the upholstery.nThey have given me very bad results since I have to throw them away. I went to the ofiprix store and they took surprised photos of how bad the leatherette was, they are also in a room where they are used very little.nThey told me they would call me but nothing, I had to call and they get rid of you saying that they are more than 2 years old. I already knew that .... I was just waiting for some solution other than throwing them away or commercial attention to buy others from Ofiprix since I have to buy another 4 chairs that will certainly not be there.nAs I was told by this means, I have sent you an email on 11/10/2020, we will see if you respond ...........n11/16/2020 and they still do not respond, I understand that passing the notice and looking at a solution was to look good publicly, I often treat the client ... I proceed to look at 4 new chairs in their competition. Thanks for nothing.

I was this week at Ofiprix Zaragoza because I needed an ergonomic chair for the house, and the truth is that after having been before in 3 or 4 office furniture stores, I keep this one.nnLook in more stores if you want but the quality / price ratio of this store in Zaragoza today is unrivaled. David attended to me, and he explained and advised me wonderfully. A deal of 10!
