No wonder you have a single star. Terrible attention to the public. In particular Alaine and Verónica are incompetent, rude and ineffective. The truth is that much more is expected from the bbva, of which I have been a client for more than 40 years.
The treatment they provide at this branch is inexplicable. Long waits, poor attention and inept managers. It is surprising that these people work with the public in mind.
A zero in attention
There were more employees than customers and we were not served. I myself had to help a lady to get the ticket. It is as if it seems unworthy to give good customer service. They looked at us stiffly.nAfter half an hour of humiliating wait they sent me to the cashier. When it seemed that he was going to get it, the ATM has been taken out of service. I thought about going back to the queue again. But ... I had exhausted my presence of mind.
A very unpleasant noise all the time in the background and more than 30 minutes waiting for a simple query, nobody looks at you or says anything, here I am still sitting waiting
