The director of this office is very responsible, the only thing she wants is to get rid of the client as quickly as possible in order to not solve anything. You stay with her for the next day to perform a management and when you come the next day there is nothing prepared and she passes you. Zero professionalism

I have just been served by an arrogant chubby with glasses, speaking disparagingly both to me and to other customers who were in the branch. He has come to leave me with the word in the mouth and has gone to his office. A scoundrel.
It's the third time I've tried to talk to a bankia employee and he says he's busy and he sends me to the virtual manager. I've been in that office for 20 years and that's how you treat clients? For employees to take a sympathy course because some lack it.
