More than once it has happened to me that they tell you that they have not been able to deliver the package when there was no one at home when there was. Now they are 7 days late to deliver my package. On Friday I got the incident, I solved it at the same time online, after three days (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) without seeing this updated information or any response on their part, I decided to call them, they had not even managed it. I agree with the girl that the package will reach me in the morning of the next day, it is almost 8:00 p.m., I have been since 6:00 p.m. (because I wanted to be patient, my fault) without an answer. I already assume that the package will not arrive today.nThey have a terrible management and I see that it is something generalized, I would be ashamed if this company had this kind of branch.

I am 4 days late in delivering a package. They say that they have tried to deliver it and that there was no one at home when there was. They sent me a link to change the day of delivery and they ignored it. Also, when I try to contact them by phone there is no way they will catch it. A total disaster.

This is the third time that they indicate that the shipment could not be delivered, claiming that it was not at home (when it was). After that I call and most of the time you do not get an answer and you are left without your package for 3 or 4 more days, until they feel like delivering it.nnThe only time they attended to me they were very friendly, but the delivery service is totally lacking.

It has already happened to me on several occasions that they arrive with about 3 days late to the date they indicate, with the latter they have been 5 days and adding ... a whole record in disorganization and incompetence. They also don't pick up the phone.
